grass verge on newtownpark
Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager to repair the grass verge on Newtownpark opposite TGI Friday's, the section between Newtownpark Avenue and the slip road leading into the shops? This is the second request to have this work done following a similar question at the February 2007 meeting?"
Reply:
The reinstatement of roadside verges are a matter for the Transportation Department (Roads Maintenance) and arrangement can be made with the Area Engineer to have the margin reinstated.
