Request for works to be carried out in relation to Newtownpark Ave.
Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"o ask the Manager in relation to Newtownpark Ave to have the following works carried out:
1. The concrete deposits removed from outside the Cemax premises?
2. To have the hole in the road repaired outside 'Cherryvale', at the junction of Mount Albany/ Newtown Park?
3. To have the road surface checked at the intersection of Mount Albany/ Newtown Park to see if any additional repairs can be made?"

Attempts will be made to remove as much as possible of the concrete at this location and contact will be made with Cemax and the Councils Environment Department to reduce /eliminate its re-occurrence.
(2) & (3)
Repairs will be carried out to the road at the junction of Mount Albany and Newtownpark Avenue
