STILLORGAN PIGEON CLUB

Question: Councillor M. Baker:

"To ask the Manager why no expiry date appears on a licence given to the Stillorgan Pigeon Club for the use of the community centre in Patrician Villas?"

Reply:

The standard leases/licences issued by Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council would normally have a time limited specified.

Stillorgan Pigeon Club were issued their licence some time ago and it is difficult at this stage to determine why no expiry date appeared on the licence.

However, the use of the premises by the Community is covered under the terms of the licence.
