"To ask the Manager to give details on the outcome of the survey distributed in theBrookfield area concerning the proposed community hall in Brookfield Grove?"
Reply:
A survey was distributed to 150 houses in the Brookfield area to establish the need/wantof a community facility on a designated site in the Brookfield area. Of the 150 surveys sent out, 56 were returned and the majority stated that they did not want/need a community facility in the Brookfield Estate.
