Question: Councillor M. Baker:To ask the Manager to provide an update on enforcement proceedings in relation to Ardagh Court/Beechwood Development, where a boundary wall between these two areas is still awaiting completion as had been covered in the planning permission?
Reply:
The Planning Enforcement file on this issue at the Beechpark development was closed on 24th July 2007 when it was considered that the Planning Permission was being fully complied with, and at that point it was confirmed that the wall in question had been reinstated. The developer has indicated that the plastering of the wall will commence on Monday 1st December 2008 and that he will inform the Council when the work has been carried out. It should be noted that the removal and reinstatement of the wall was an agreement between the developer and the residents and did not form part of the planning permission.
