Installation of Double Yellow lines on Trimleston Avenue

"To ask the Manager in relation to Trimleston Avenue (details supplied) to consider the installation of double yellow lines so as to aid access for refuse lorries and emergency vehicles as this cul de sac has a problem with all day commuter parking?"
Reply:
The Trimleston area was examined at the recent TAG meeting. It was agreed that double yellow lines would be installed at certain junctions within Trimleston and the nearby Dornden Park Estate to eliminate parking which would give rise to traffic safety concerns. Consideration will be given to a Pay & Display Parking Scheme to address all- day commuter parking if this is requested by all residents.
