“To ask the Manager in relation to Blackrock by-pass/Frascati Road to have the areabeside the underpass near the junction of Carysfort Ave and backing onto the housesin Eagle Hill cleaned up as it is unsightly and is becoming an area for dumping?”

This area will be cleared of vegetation and cleaned out in the next two weeks.
