Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to give a report on the legal status of lands adjacent toCarysfort Lodge by the Glaslower Stream in Carysfort Park, Blackrock that has been the subject of recent correspondence?
Reply:
It appears that the resident of Carysfort Lodge have encroached onto this land and will be advised of the status of this land and that he has no right of private access on to public open space or to carry out any improvements or maintenance works there on. We will continue to monitor the situation.
