To ask the Manager to establish the ownership of the laneway to the rear of (details supplied) and behind the cottages on Grange Terrace, Deansgrange Road?
Reply:
A request has been issued to the Property Management Section of the CorporateServices Department for an investigation to be carried out by the Referencer into theownership of this laneway. A report on the outcome of this investigation will bebrought back to a future meeting of the Area Committee.
