The following is a list Part 8 planning permissions granted from 2007 to date and a

progress report on each permission:

PC/01/07 The construction of 15 units on site at Cromlech Close, Kilternan, Co. Dublin June,2007 Works have not commenced; no capital funding currently available.

PC/02/07 Sandyford to Drummartin Link Road July,2007 Construction completed, 2009.

PC/03/07 Broadford Rise, Ballinteer. Proposed Housing Development of 21 self-contained senior citizen units, community room Oct,2007 Work has not commenced, no capital funding currently available.

PC/04/07 Refurbishment & extension of St, Michael’s Park 3-bay halting site at Soldiers & Sailors Field, Monkstown, Co. Dublin. Sept, 2007 Tender Stage

PC/05/07 Household recycling centre at a site next to Shanganagh Cemetary, Shankill, Co. Dublin Sept,2007 Completed.

PC/06/07 Enniskerry Rd, Sandyford, D. 18: Construction of a resource centre and 155 social & affordable units together with 102 surface car parking spaces and 84 spaces provided under the apartment blocks and ancillary site works. Nov,2007 Site being transferred to the Housing and Sustainable Communities Ltd. under the Land Aggregation Scheme.

PC/07/07 Blackglen Road/Harold Grange Road Improvement Scheme Nov,2007 Design 90% completed. C.P.O. at advanced stage.

PC/08/07 Sandycove Avenue West: Automated public convenience. Dec, 2007 Completed.

PC/10/07 Sallynoggin playing fields: Renewal of changing rooms Dec,2007 Improvements to park completed. Changing rooms subject to Sports Capital Grant.

PC/11/07 Ballyogan Road:Modifications to new storage/utility building/administrative office and ancillary yards (Re. Ref. PC/15/06) at a site off Ballyogan Road with frontage to the former tip head, Ballyogan, Dublin 18 Feb,2008 Currently under construction. Due for completion, Spring, 2012.

PC/01/08 Kilbogget Park (vicinity of Ashlawn, Coolevin & Wyattville Estates): Partial demolition & construction of twostorey extension to clubhouse Jun, 2008 Phase 1 completed. Phase 2 in 2014+ (No capital funding currently available).

PC/02/08 Carysfort Maretimo Stream Improvement Scheme June, 2008 Currently under construction. Due for completion Summer, 2012.

PC/03/08 Broadford Road, Ballinteer: New access road & ancillary site works to Dundrum Family Recreation Centre & new Dundrum swimming pool July,2008 Works completed March, 2009.

PC/04/08 Proposal for revisions to approved scheme of 95 dwellings at Goatstown Close, off Hollywood Drive, Goatstown July,2008 Completed.

PC/05/08 Pottery Road Improvement Scheme Dec, 2008 Project has been suspended awaiting funding.

PC/07/08 Marlay Demense:Regional play area Sep,2008 Completed.

PC/09/08 Proposed Glencullen Water Supply & Improvement Scheme Sept, 2008 Major portion of Scheme completed. Wayleave documents have been prepared to facilitate completion of remainder.

PC/10/08 Community Centre at Lamb’s Cross Dec, 2008 Works completed January 2011.

PC/11/08 Extension to creche, – Feb, Work has not commenced Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire. 2009 due to lack of funding.

PC/04/09 Improvements to recreational facilities at Loreto Pk, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 July,2009 No funding provided for in current capital programme 2011-2014.

PC/03/10 Loughlinstown Leisure Centre, Loughlinstown,Co. Dublin: Construction of a new swimming pool & changing facilities, 4 synthetic playing pitches, increased car parking, & ancillary siteworks. Sept,2010 Commenced October, 2011.

PC/04/10 Carpark: Marlay Demense, College Road, Dublin 16. Oct,2010 Works have not commenced. Included in 2011 to 2014 Capital Programme.

PC/05/10 M11/N11 Traffic Management Measures Wilford Interchange Improvement Scheme Sept,2010 Wicklow Co. Co. have not proceeded with Part 8; Scheme in abeyance.

PC/06/10 New Metals Walkway Phase 2, incl. a deck over the DART line, between Pavilion carpark and Haigh Terrace, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. Sept, 2010 Work currently under construction.
