To ask the Manager to report on the current status of the property known as Forgney outlining the following:
- Is this a derelict site?
- Has the site been left in a safe condition?
- What is the status of the containers on the site and can they be removed?
Reply:
This property was inspected no 19th March, 2013 under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 and was found to be non derelict. Dangerous Buildings Section have been requested to carry out a site inspection to ascertain the safety of the site and also their view in relation to the status of the containers.
