Question: Councillor M. Baker
“To ask the Chief Executive to have the wall, including the capping, repaired around
the small green in Sans Souci Park? When will these works take place?”
Reply:
The retaining wall bounding the landscaped area at the western end of Sans Souci
Park is in bad condition. It is considered that it is not repairable and it is proposed to
replace this section with a 300mm high kerb. Other sections of the retaining wall can
be replaced in due course with the same 300mm high kerbing, thereby, over time,
the uniformity of the retaining wall will be restored.
