“To ask the Chief Executive to have the shrubs in Rockfield Park near the boundary
with number (address supplied) cut back and have this area generally cleaned up?”
Reply:
The area referred to consists of a gated hard stand area used by the ESB as an
access and parking for their adjoining ESB substation. The Parks section is in
consultation with the Property Management Section of the Council to ascertain
ownership of the piece of ground and associated shrubbery. The Parks Section will
follow up with the ESB in relation to the future maintenance of the area upon
clarification of ownership status.
