Motion: “That the Chief Executive to bring a report on the Carysfort Avenue cycle track detailing when the project will be finished including the provision of additional road markings at junctions, moving of double yellow lines incorrectly placed, traffic light sequences, etc.”
Report:
The Carysfort Avenue scheme is substantially completed. The traffic signal junctions have been installed and commissioned and are in their final state. We are actively monitoring the operation of the junction and will continue to monitor them as restrictions ease. Works to remove redundant signs, remediating double yellow lines and completion of the path dishing adjacent to the Vet’s surgery are ongoing and will
be completed shortly.
