"To ask the Manager to remove the tree growing in the pavement outside (detailssupplied) for the following reasons:1. The tree appears to be dying due to constriction of the roots.2. This type of tree is an inappropriate variety for this location.3. This tree has already necessitated the renewal of the pathway because ofdamage caused by the trees roots.4. Could a replacement tree be planted nearby?"

The tree in question will be examined and if necessary removed and a replacementtree planted.
