"To ask the Manager to have the Oak Tree that is growing in Merrion Park off South Hill Avenue looked at with a view to pruning it back as it is causing annoyance and worry to residents of Beechlawn, South Hill Avenue in stormy weather due to its size?"

The open spaces and trees within Merrion Park are maintained by a privatemanagement company and accordingly are not within the remit of Dun LaoghaireRathdown County Council Parks Department.
