“To ask the Manager to confirm if it is legal for An Post to adhere advertisements to
letter boxes on the public pavement?”
Reply:
An Post may advertise on their own structures.
Any other person/body placing advertisements on these structures, without the
owner’s permission is in breach of the Litter Pollution Act.
