To ask the Chief Executive to have the footpaths in Mount Albany and Richmond
estate inspected with a view to adding any necessary repairs where potential trip
hazards occur to a work programme? Can some indication of a timeline for the works
be given?
Reply:
Several footpath repair works have been carried out in Mount Albany and Richmond
over the years. However there are a number of trip hazard existing as a result of the
tree roots lifting the footpath. Further localised repair works will be considered in
minor works programme in Q3 2018
