To ask the Chief Executive to provide an update on the Blackrock Seafront Project in
Blackrock?

Initial meetings have been held with ward councillors and business groups to assist with
establishing a brief for the redevelopment at the Blackrock Seafront.
Surveys on current carpark usage has been undertaken, initial topographical & GPR surveys
have been completed and site investigations to establish ground conditions such as rock and
water table levels are back from tender. It is aimed to commence on site before the end of
the year with these investigations.
