Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager to provide the following information on existing QBCs throughout the County: (a) have assessments been done to reveal if passenger numbers have increased since the QBCs have been put in place and what are the results of these findings;(b) are adequate buses available for running these routes to capacity?"
Reply:
"(a) The Dublin Transportation Office carry out extensive monitoring on the existing QBCs annually in November. The results from last November have been compiled and a request for a report will be send to the Dublin Transportation Office for the information sought. When received this information will be forwarded to the Councillor.(b) Dublin Bus has confirmed that they can, and do, supply an adequate number of buses to cope with the passenger demands on the existing QBC's."
