To ask the Manager what the process is for electors who currently are listed on the edited electoral register to have their name de-listed?
Reply:
Under section 34(f) of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 2001, where an elector,whose details are included in the edited Register or edited supplement, requests to have his/her details deleted from the edited register, the registration authority shall note the request and notify any person who received a copy of the edited Register.
