Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to advise when will the final report on the Draft Beach by-laws come before the Council for final deliberation?
Reply:
The Draft Beach Bye-Laws have been considered by both Area Committees and the Environment, Community and Culture SPC. In September, the SPC will make recommendations to the Council. The final report will be brought to the Members for consideration at the October Council Meeting.
