Baker"That the Council would conduct a review of bicycle stands in Blackrock Town centre giving the following information: (a) number of existing bicycle stands; (b) location of existing bicycle stands; (c) suggest appropriate alternative sites for stands that are currently around the cross which should be removed to improve the appearance of the town centre; (d) new locations for additional stands."
