Taking in Charge St. Augustine'sMay 2005 Area Committee meeting
Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager what is the current status of the taking in charge procedures for St. Augustine's Blackrock?"
Reply:
There are repair/remedial works, which need to be undertaken by the Developer before the estate can be recommended for Taking in Charge. Environmental Services Department have reviewed the result of a CCTV survey and have met with the Development in the past few weeks. The development at that meeting has indicated that he intends to carry out these works next month and it is expected the estate will be up to taking in charge standards by the end of June.
