"To ask the Manager to have the shrubs and trees in Newtownpark Lands Park, which are at the rear of houses on Avondale Lawn and Avondale Court cut back and tidied during the dormant season?"
Reply:
"The shrubs and trees in question will be cut back during the 2004/2005 pruning season."
