Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"To ask the Manager in relation to Fosterbrook Estate to provide the following: a) Maintain the grass bank on the right hand side as one enters the estate as it looks most unsightly;b) A sign at the entrance to Fosterbrook from the Old Stillorgan Road to highlight Seamount Apartments which are accessed from this road;c) Put double yellow lines at the entrance to Seamount on the right hand side only as vehicles parking in this position are causing difficulties for residents entering Seamount?"
Reply:
This estate is not at present in charge of the Council. However, Fosterbrook is included in the programme for consideration for taking in charge for 2005 and the Council is now in a position to initiate the statutory procedure for taking Fosterbrook in charge. The issues raised in the question can be addressed when the estate has been formally taken in charge by the Council.
