Question: Councillor M. Baker:

"To ask the Manager to give the location of the current network of monitoring stations that are in place to monitor the extent of air pollution caused by smoke and Sulphur dioxide, Nitrogen dioxide, PM10 Particulate Matter, Carbon dioxide, Lead and Benzene? What other monitoring stations will be added to this network in the future and when will these be in place?"

The monitoring stations in the Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown area are: Templeogue Village, Dun Laoghaire, Georges Place, Cabinteely / N11, Montrose / N11, Dún Laoghaire / Georges Street, Blackrock N11 and Dundrum Village. It is proposed to commission a station to monitor PM10 and Nitrogen Dioxide at Glenageary Road."
