'That the Manager reports on why the following works on Beech Grove have not been carried out:-
(i) cleaning of drains;
(ii) investigation of what are the causes behind the ongoing flooding problem;
(iii) repair of the grass verges."
Report:
A crew has been assigned to Beech Grove and these works will be carried out in November 2006. they were included in the Programme of Works for this year but have been subject to re-allocation of available resources during the year.
