The following report of the Manager, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED:- A Traffic Management Scheme was initially prepared in 2004. However, this scheme is now under review and it is envisaged that further work will be carried out on this scheme early next year. This proposed scheme has been delayed due to other work priorities and staff resources. Following discussion the above report was NOTED
