Request for inspection of footpath on Carysfort Avenue, from Blackrock by-pass junction to Convent Road.

"o ask the Manager to inspect the condition of the pathway on Carysfort Ave from the Blackrock Bye-pass junction to Convent Road with a view to including this section in pathway renewal for 2008? This pathway is very broken and shallow, in heavy rain it is often covered in water. Pedestrians going to and from Blackrock heavily use this section?"
Reply:
Localised repairs will be carried out on this stretch of footpath in the next few weeks. The entire stretch will be put on the 2008 Footpath Programme.
