REPAIR OF COASTAL PATH
Question: Councillor M. Baker:
"o ask the Manager when the coastal path from the West Pier car park will be repaired and reopened as it has been closed for some time now?"
Reply:
The closure of the path arose out of a dangerous wall on the property of an adjoining owner that presented a hazard to the public. Notice under the Dangerous Buildings Act was served on the owners of the property and the Architects Department is pursuing the matter, which has not been resolved to date.
