Refuse Collection Bye Laws

Question: Councillor M. Baker:

"To ask the Manager to advise when will the draft version of the Refuse Collection Bye Laws be put out for public consultation?"

Reply:

"The Council's Law Agent is finalising a review of the draft bye-law proposals at present. It is planned to commence the statutory process of consultation with the public and the Council later this year."
