Question: Councillor M. Baker
"To ask the Manager to have the following works carried out on the trees outside the Bank of Ireland, Main Street, Blackrock:
1. Remove the broken tree
2. Replace the broken tree
3. Paint the ironwork protecting the remaining two trees. Can a timeframe for when these works will be carried out be given?"
Reply:
1. The tree in question will be removed within the next few weeks.
2. A replacement tree will planted as part of our forthcoming Tree Care Programme November 2007 March 2008
3. Work will take place over the next few weeks.
