"To ask the Manager to explain what the use of yellow arrows on the pavement near stopcocks in the Blackrock area relates to?"
Reply:
Surveys related to the Non Domestic Water Metering Project are proceeding at present and the markings are related to these surveys. All Non Domestic customers have been contacted directly about the Project in advance of the survey and will be contacted again prior to installation of the meter.
