To ask the Manager to provide a report on the current status of the enforcement proceedings being taken in relation to No. 80 Castlebyrne Park, Blackrock?
Report:
An enforcement file was opened on 30th June on receipt of a complaint “change of use of front garden to commercial use for storage of cars”. A warning letter issued and a submission was received from the occupants stating the cars belong to the people living in the house and friends living nearby. An inspection has been requested to verify this statement.
