"To ask the Manager to have the pathway outside Bank of Ireland in Blackrock cleaned as it is covered in pigeon droppings?"REPLY:The Litter Wardens have been instructed to visit this premises and to remind themanagement of their obligations regarding the front of their premises under the Litter Act. It will also be pointed out that some measures can be taken to prevent pigeons resting on the high level ledge, i.e. a mechanical fixture which may be attached above the ledge.additional notes: At my suggestion this pathway was power washed in December 2008.
