To ask the Manager to report on the following questions in relation to Blackrock Library:
If the library will be moving from the current location in the Town Hall?

1. Where it will be moving to?
2. When will the move take place?
3. How long is it expected to remain at the new location?
4. Will the current opening hours be maintained at the new location?

Reply:

1. Blackrock Library will be moving from the current location in the Town Hall.
2. The Library will move to temporary premises in Valentine House, Temple Road,Blackrock.
3. The move is scheduled to take place in January 2009.
4. Valentine House is initially being leased for two years.
5. The current library hours will be maintained at the new location, though as with all the DLR libraries, opening hours are subject to review.
