“To ask the Manager as a follow up to my question on the Area agenda of 5th March,2008 in relation to the entrance into Michael Smurfit College, Carysfort Ave, whenthe works will commence to make this entrance way safer for pedestrians, especiallylocal schoolchildren? Can the Manager also contact the College regarding the warningsign that was to have been erected as it is not yet in place?”

It is intended to carry out work at the entrance over the next two to three monthsdepending on the programme of work currently in progress by the Minor WorksContractor. Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council will contact the collegeregarding the provision of the sign.
