"To ask the Manager in relation to number (address supplied) to confirm the following:1. Is the contractor keeping to the time frame on this re-development or are the works behind schedule?2. What is the anticipated time frame for the completion of this re-development project?"
Reply:
The refurbishment and alteration works being carried out at this address are running behind schedule. The Council is however closely monitoring the project to try and ensure that the remaining works are completed without any further delays and is in regular contact also with the tenant concerned.The expected completion date for the works is now the end of February, 2008.
