"To ask the Manager to cut back the vegetation growing on Council land in Belmont Estate in the section that backs onto Ardagh Crescent as the residents of Ardagh Crescent are suffering overshadowing as they are on lower ground and have short rear gardens?"
Reply:
"Some arboricultural works were carried out on selected trees within this shrubbery in 2007 and were assessed on a case by case basis. Additional works will be included in the arboricultural programme of works for 08/09 subject to consultation with the Belmont residents as the trees and shrubs are located in the Belmont Estate."
