"To ask the Manager to investigate the junction of Grove Lawn/Grove AvenueBlackrock with a view to making alterations to the entrance of Grove Lawn so as to make it safer for road users exiting from Grove Lawn?"
Reply:
The junction of Grove Lawn and Grove Avenue has been inspected. Arecommendation will be made to the next TAG* meeting to provide a STOP roadmarking and a STOP sign at the exit from Grove Lawn onto Grove Avenue. Therewill be an opportunity in the future as part of conditions attached to the PlanningPermission of the nearby "Forgney" site, located to the left of the junction to improve sight lines towards the Avoca Avenue direction.*Traffic Advisory Group made up of Council officials and gardai.
