To ask the Manager to install bollards in the middle of the laneway that runs between Seafield Crescent and Seafield Road at the rear of the shops, as the safety of pedestrians is in danger due to rat running? (This request has been received fromthe local residents association)

The laneway between Seafield Crescent and Seafield Road is not in the charge of the Council.
