Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to investigate the road surface on Avoca Road, Blackrock with a view to having the surface renewed as it is very uneven and poses a hazard to cyclists?
Reply:
The Road Maintenance Section has inspected this road and it is considered to be in need of repair and/or re-surfacing. It is not included on the 3 Year Programme submitted to funding agencies with a view to obtaining an allocation for it. However, it will be considered for inclusion on a future Programme.
