Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to have the old steel containers that were formerly used by the sports clubs using Rockfield Park removed as soon as possible? When will this work take place?
Reply:
Now that the Tennis Club has re-located to the new club house, the Parks Department are in discussion with the club about removal of their container along with the remaining containers on site. We expect that removal of the containers would take place in April/May subject to ground conditions being suitable for access for removal lorries.
