Question: Councillor M. Baker:
To ask the Manager to confirm that all staff members have added their direct dial phone number to their signature on emails, as agreed at the OP&P meeting of 7th December 2011, as this will aid queries by phone?
Reply:
Staff are reminded at regular intervals to include their contact details in e-mails.Some staff do not include contact details on internal e-mails i.e. to colleagues and Councillors because the details are available on phone systems. However, staff will be requested to include contact details when communicating with Councillors.
