“To ask the Manager to confirm if it is legal for the telephone companies who own
phone booths on the public pavement to festoon them with advertisements?”
Reply:
Telephone companies may advertise on their own structures.
Any other person/body placing advertisements on these structures, without the
owner’s permission is in breach of the Litter Pollution Act.
