To ask the Manager to confirm if Bellevue Copse in Booterstown has been taken in charge by the Council?

The development of 27 houses in Bellevue Copse is described on the Planning Application as a private housing scheme of 27 town houses. According to the Register of Electors, numbers 1-10 are in the Dublin City administrative area, and numbers 11-27 are in the Dún Laoghaire Rathdown administrative area. The road however is within the DLR administrative area and Transportation Department has confirmed that it is considered a private road and is not maintained by this Council. There is no request on file from either the developer nor the residents for the road to be taken in charge. The development is not included on the Council’s list of developments to be considered for taking in charge.
