“To ask the Chief Executive to provide details of the “Lark in the Park” event in Blackrock, including when this is taking place, the nature of the event and how much funding is being provided by the Council to support this event?”
Reply:
This musical event is scheduled to take place in Blackrock Park in June 2019. The Council is currently in negotiations with the organisers in relation to the details of logistics etc.
The Council has allocated a sum of €15,000 by way of grant aid towards the event. A further report will be provided to the Area Committee shortly.
