To ask the Chief Executive to provide an explanation as to why the national flag was removed
from Blackrock Park, 1916 garden in recent weeks?
Reply:
The national flag in Blackrock Park had to be taken down as the lighting located at 1916
garden was broken and we could not adhere to the protocol for flying the national flag.
The flag will be reinstated as soon as the lighting has been repaired.
