“To ask the Manager to inspect Avondale Court, Blackrock with a view to having all
the reinstatement works completed around previous water repair sites, given that
these repairs were carried out some time ago? When will the final reinstatement of
the footpaths take place?”
Reply:
An inspection of Avondale Court has taken place to establish the extent of the
problem with “temporary water reinstatements” within the Estate. Following this
inspection, these locations have been added to the list of such openings which
require permanent reinstatement.
While it is not possible to say precisely when this work will be undertaken, every
effort will be made to get them done the next time the Contractor is working in that
area.
